1. Pooja Movie Creations is a Broadcast company including production house , Company has their own unique copy rights concepts and exclusive packages including exclusive rates .

2. Company has their multiple branches in India

3. Company has advance payment scheme only ,no credits available

4. First time in India EMI options in advertisements available .

5. Client has to follow the process of the company as per the package and term.

6. Client can not revoke the order after accepting the Performa Invoice .

7. Performa Invoice here shall mean the contract acceptance between the parties .

8. Once the payment received to the accounts the service team will contact client for further .

9. Telecast channel clip not more than 2 clips will be provided to the client .

10. Broadcast report shall be shared after deal completion one month later from the channel.

11. EMI shall here means the bank will provide the instalment solution to the client for easy payment mode.

12. In case client does not pay the amount or revoke to pay then company shall have right to stop service immediately.

13. Cheque bounces charges & penalties will be applied and has to pay by the client

14. For client safe payment ,Company always give some limited tenure to the clients for pending deals , once the tenure shall complete client can not force to the return advance money paid by client .

15. Company shall only Starts the production work after receiving payment .

16. Once the story concept has been confirmed by the client the only Pooja Movie Creations will start shooting work , and as per the client budget advt cost will be vary ,however higher cost advt will be designed by high tech Production team with big DOP ’s and directors . Low budget advts will be designed as per the budget ,client can not demand higher budget advt and can not compare quality in low budget advt .

17. Advt Concepts will only be provided after advance received

18. If customer doesn’t satisfied production company have no liability two to three edits wil be included in the edit part, after 3 edits if client demands more editing work and changes in the story /concept then cost will be extra.

19. In the small budget advts before deal all the things related with advt will be briefed about the quality , client can not disagree after shooting or advt making .

20. Pooja Movie creations only provide advertising solution and branding options , company never claims for response or sale growth. As per the package and scheme discounts will only be applicable as per the schemes.

21. Payment mode will be as per the mutual understandings .

22. All the package / schemes will be only valid for limited time .

23. Client can not misuse the ideas and concepts of pooja movie creations . Also can not use for / with third party
